Frassaï is the first female established Haute perfumery brand from Argentina. The Founder, Natalia Outeda revealed her latest creation, "Victoria" by Frassai enlightened by the Argentine editor and author Victoria Ocampo. Victoria was a women's rights advocate and the founder of the mythic Sur magazine. She issued the works of Simone de Beauvoir, Virginia Woolf, James Joyce, Jean Cocteau, André Gide, T.S. Eliot, Albert Camus, William Faulkner, Federico García Lorca and Rabindranath Tagore.
